The following 20 contestants (10 female and male each) will advance to Round II of the XV International Tchaikovsky Competition: - Kazaryan, Diana; Galoyan, Mane; Gaskarova, Gelena; Tracz, Ewa; Matochkina, Yulia; Vesenina, Antonina; Pavlova, Natalya; Fedorova, Anastasia; Moskalenko, Svetlana; Starkova, Tatiana. - Li, Ao; Grigoriev, Dmitry; Suchkov, Lee, Myonghyun; Zelenkov Alexey; Akhmedov, Evgeny; Selivanov, Ilya; Ganbaatar, Ariunbaatar; Wang, Chuanyue; Yoo, Hansung. Round I was held on June 23-25 at the Mussorgsky Hall, Mariinsky II. Jury for the Voice category included: John Fisher, Larisa Gergieva, Mikhail Kazakov, and Chen-Ye Yuan, Olga Borodina, Eva Wagner-Pasquier, Deborah Voigt, Thomas Quasthoff, Dennis O’Neill, Mikhail Petrenko, Tobias Richter.
