Concert of the XVI International Tchaikovsky Competition took place at the St. Petersburg Cultural Forum
Laureates of the XVI International Tchaikovsky Competition in all six categories performed within the framework of the festival program of the VIII St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum on November 14.
Maria Barakova (mezzo-soprano, 1st prize), Alexandros Stavrakakis (bass, 1st prize), Sergey Dogadin (violin, 1st prize), Alexey Lobikov (trombone, 1st prize), Matvey Demin (flute, 1st prize), Mao Fujita (piano, 2nd prize), Fedor Shagov (tuba, 2nd prize), Anastasia Kobekina (cello, 3rd prize) performed at the Concert Hall of the Matiinsky Theatre.
The artists performed with the Mariinsky Theater Symphony Orchestra. The concert was conducted by Stanislav Kochanovsky.
